Majestic Elm

This photo is from an Audio Slideshow I did of an elm tree that had succumbed to Dutch Elm disease in Gloucester MA. I made this photo with my Canon 17-35 f2.8 lens out the second floor window of the home next to the tree. I had a great time looking for interesting angles of this giant tree that dominated this whole street. The next time I went back was to shoot the cutting down of the tree and to talk with the Dodge Tree Service owner about what caused the trees' demise.
