In Memorium - Sen. Edward Kennedy

For the past 30 years I have been covering Sen. Kennedy. Even though politically I stand in the right isle as opposed to the left I feel his contributions to the State of Massachusetts and the country are undeniable. I was present when he announced for the presidency at Faneuil Hall in Boston in 1979 with his wife Joan at his side. At the time I felt it was part of history that I needed to cover and went in to shoot for the Salem News and my picture agency "The Picture Group". The files sold over and over again for a few years but eventually they ended up in my file where they have been for about 20 years.

I present just three of them here for you.
